Qualifications

• 18+ months of clinical setting experience.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding for preauthorization and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers and patients.
• Manage complex provider and OR/ASC schedules to ensure timely surgeries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of scheduling, including coding information.
• Coordinate preoperative studies, authorizations, and clearances before procedures.
• Communicate with patients via in-person, phone, MyChart, or interpreter as needed.
• Support provider staffing and schedule creation in Epic templates.
• Assist leadership with operational improvements and standardization tasks.
