Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with form completion; verifies insurance and demographic info.
• Collects co-pays and balances receipts daily.
• Schedules appointments and tests; provides appointment reminders.
• Prepares and manages fee tickets; reconciles with daily schedule.
• Assists patients with billing questions and insurance inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
