Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with form completion
• Verifies insurance and demographic information accuracy
• Distributes and collects required forms (HIPAA, arbitration, consent)
• Collects co-pays and balances receipts and payments
• Prepares, reviews, and reconciles fee tickets with daily schedule
• Schedules return visits and patient testing; assists with reminders
