Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and familiarity with medical office procedures. CPR/BLS certification is preferred or to be completed upon hire.

Qualifikationen

• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• CPR certification for Healthcare Professionals (BLS) or to be completed upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register surgery patients and obtain insurance information.
• Verify patients' insurance is up to date.
• Enter new or changed patient information from pre-op calls into system.
• Manage history and physical (H&Ps) process for upcoming surgeries.
• Prepare and break down patient charts.
