Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Two Twelve Surgery Center in Chaska. This casual, on-site role involves patient registration, insurance collection, and administrative support to ensure a smooth surgical experience.

Hours vary, with availability required at least two days per month. Responsibilities include greeting patients, updating records, processing pre-op information, and assisting with scheduling and chart preparation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Professionals (BLS) certification or completion upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients; obtain insurance information and signatures.
• Verify insurance accuracy and update patient information in the system.
• Enter new or changed patient information from pre-op calls prior to surgery.
• Manage history and physical (H&P) documentation for upcoming surgeries.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with chart breakdowns.
• Assist with pre-operative calls and scheduling.
• Monitor fax for operative and pathology reports.
