Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Current certification in basic CPR for Healthcare Professionals (BLS) or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients and collect insurance information.
• Enter patient data and pre-op information into the system.
• Assist with pre-operative calls and scheduling.
• Maintain patient charts and related documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth surgical flow.
