Themesoft Inc. is seeking personnel to assist with a computer/docking station refresh project, including imaging, replacement, and data migration. You will work with an agency SME and a project manager to coordinate tasks.

Experience with Windows 11 support is preferred but not required. The team will provide process guidance for the tasks and ensure security controls are applied.

• 1 year experience with WordPerfect and MS Office; Windows OS knowledge.
• 1 year experience in system access and data transfer to various databases.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Windows 11 technical support experience.

Jobbeschreibung

To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required.

Mandatory Skills:

• 1 year- Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers and microcomputers terms. Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional work environment.
• 1 year- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Prepares or assists in the preparation of service record documentation.
• 1 year- Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems. Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
• 1 year- Ability to provide excellent customer services. Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs
• 1 year- Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware and software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
• 1 year- Experience using WordPerfect, MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Skill in effective oral and written communication
• 1 year- Assists in monitoring and providing assistance on the use and interface of systems, subsystems, and software applications. May be responsible for accessing data from and transferring data to various local, state, or federal databases.
• 1 year- Knowledge of the practices, principles, and techniques of computer operations, of information systems, of computer software and hardware, and of information security policies and procedures.
• 1 year- Skill in the use and support of personal computers, in the use of applicable programs and systems, and in troubleshooting information systems. Ability to operate information technology systems and communicate effectively.
• 1 year- Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent
• 1 year-Windows 11 technical support experience.
