Qualifications

• Minimum requirements as listed: high school diploma or equivalent; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with personal computers, printers, and microcomputers terminology; able to work with others in a professional environment.
• Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware issues; installs and upgrades hardware/software; maintains security controls.
• Ability to lift and relocate up to 30 lbs; strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with WordPerfect and MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Windows operating systems; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Image and refresh desktops as part of the computer/docking station project.
• Replace computers and migrate data according to agency-provided procedures.
• Collaborate with agency SME and project manager to coordinate work.
• Perform day-to-day imaging and hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Provide user support and document service activities; ensure security controls are maintained.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required.

**Location of job: 100% Onsite**
