Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences, oversee daily store operations, and train associates. You will supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising while driving sales and maintaining stock integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. This hourly role supports a high-energy team at Five Below locations.

Mansioni

• Wowing customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and stockroom upkeep.
