Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service through personal guest contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience with fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their duties.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking items for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and staffing when needed.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
