Five Below, Inc. is seeking a reliable Crew Supervisor to lead daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will guide crew members, handle opening/closing procedures, and support stocking and merchandising efforts.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs. This hourly position offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team culture at Five Below locations nationwide.

Qualificações

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise crew to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
