Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to ensure a WOW customer experience and efficient daily operations. You will oversee staff, handle stock, and support onboarding while maintaining a high-energy, fun store culture.

You will operate as Manager on Duty as needed, drive sales, and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and store standards. The role requires flexibility, including possible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, think creatively and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures top service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees operations, staff and customer issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, doors, and alarms.
