Five Below is seeking a store professional to ensure a WOW customer experience, train crew, and manage daily store operations. You will oversee checkout, merchandising, and stock, while driving sales and controlling costs.

The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and addressing urgent issues with the store team. We value strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor quickly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; handles store operations, staff, and issues.
• Opens/closes store; manages cash, alarms, and security procedures.
• Trains associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
