Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily store associate activities and ensures duties are performed.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves stocked.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store and secure cash, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery loads.
• Performs routine store maintenance as needed.
