Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, coach crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a smooth, friendly shopping environment for guests.

You will lead onboarding and training, manage opening/closing procedures, and partner with leadership to drive sales while controlling expenses. This hourly role requires a minimum 1 year of management experience and high school completion.
