Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowers the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.

• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and performance.
