Job summary

Five Below in Waterford, MI is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead (Part Time) to oversee daily store operations and coach crew on delivering fast, friendly service. You will also act as Manager on Duty when needed and help with receiving stock and merchandising.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service excellence
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management
• Occasionally manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep as needed
