Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store team member to lead daily operations and deliver WOW service. The role focuses on supervising crew, maintaining stock and merchandising, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

As part of the Five Below team, you’ll help drive sales, train associates, and maintain store standards. This is an hourly position with flexible scheduling, requiring strong communication and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance for excellent service.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Trains onboarding associates on policies and procedures; supports ongoing development.
• Drives sales and helps control expenses through merchandising and teamwork.
