Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to help deliver a WOW customer experience and drive sales at our Colorado location. You will oversee daily store operations, train crews on the BEST customer service standards, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout process.

You will supervise staff, handle opening/closing duties, and coordinate with the leadership team on merchandising and loss prevention. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Creative thinking for problem solving and process improvement.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations, staff, and customer service.
