Job summary

Five Below in Las Vegas is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise crew, assist with opening and closing, and ensure cash handling and safety procedures are followed.

You’ll train associates, optimize merchandising, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining a fun, fast-paced environment aligned with Five Below's culture.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarms, and daily readiness.
