Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role. You will oversee crew, ensure a wow customer experience, train associates, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety procedures.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of management experience; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, with a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Mansioni

Ensure crew wow the customer with personal contact and service.
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
Assist with stock receiving, unpacking and merchandising.
Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms and ensure readiness.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
Perform store maintenance and adhere to policies.
Maintain flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, possibly overnight.
