Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help ensure an outstanding shopping experience during peak periods. You will assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and safety, while also taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.

The role supports the leadership team, helps drive sales, and trains associates on the Five Below customer service standard. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew WOW customers through personal contact and great service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store operations, staff performance, and customer service quality.
• Assists with stock receiving, unpacking, and placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues as needed.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operations.
