Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic hourly associate with leadership responsibilities to help deliver a WOW customer experience.

You will train crew, oversee daily store activities, and assist with stock and merchandising to maximize sales while maintaining strong service standards. The role requires high school completion, at least 1 year of management experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BE.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing duties, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies, products, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staffing, and service improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store upkeep including cleaning and stock room maintenance.
