Job summary

Five Below in Tulsa is seeking a high-energy team member to support store operations and deliver WOW customer service. As Manager on Duty or lead associate, you will supervise crew, handle opening/closing, and drive sales.

You will train staff, manage cash, merchandise, and ensure safety and compliance. Must be 18+, capable of a flexible schedule including weekends. Starting pay is $12.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience in people leadership or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience and checkout flow.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security.
• Drives sales through merchandising and staff performance.
