Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and drive sales while covering Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts.

This temporary role requires a High School graduate with at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multi-tasking ability and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout speed.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
