Job summary

Five Below in Novi, MI is hiring a part-time Support Lead to supervise store operations and deliver the Five Below experience. You will oversee crew performance, train staff on the BEST customer service approach, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. You must be able to multi-task, stay composed under pressure, and work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact; train crew on BEST service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staffing.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates; improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses; optimize merchandising and staffing.
