Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a part-time store leadership role to deliver a high-energy, customer-first experience. You will train crew, oversee daily operations, and support merchandising and stock management to drive sales and efficiency.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience. You will work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policy knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
