Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager in Pennsylvania to lead daily operations and coach crew on delivering WOW customer service. You will oversee staff, merchandising, and store safety while ensuring fast, friendly checkout and strong sales performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Train crew on B.E.S.T. customer service to ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, leading operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, locks, and alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
