Job summary

Five Below Inc. is hiring for an hourly leadership role in our Pennsylvania store. You will oversee daily store operations, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and some management experience. You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, and handle physical duties such as stocking and lifting merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and operations.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and maintains store readiness.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates; improves performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
