Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and emergencies.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, lock-up, and alarm systems.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures to boost performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
