Job summary

Five Below in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise crew, and drive sales while delivering the WOW customer experience.

You will train associates, manage opening and closing procedures, handle cash, and coordinate merchandising with the store leadership team. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience are required; starting hourly pay is $11.50 with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance, cleaning, and stockroom upkeep.
