Job summary

Five Below in Hanover, PA is seeking an energetic Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, coach crew, and deliver WOW customer service. You will oversee staff, manage opens/closes, merchandising, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales while maintaining a high-energy store culture.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew WOW customers with personal contact and trains on BEST service to ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store staff, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty, accountable for store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operations.
