Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to help drive a fast-paced retail environment in our Indiana store. You will supervise crew, ensure top-tier customer service, and support daily operations including opening/closing procedures and staff training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers and trains crew on best-in-class customer service.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock for floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash security, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates and policy knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and staffing.
• Works with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
