Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor merchandising current.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
