Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Supervisor to help create a WOW customer experience on the sales floor and at the register. You will train crew members, oversee daily activities, and support opening and closing operations to ensure smooth store performance.

You will also assist with merchandising, stock handling, and achieving sales goals while upholding company standards and policies. This hourly role starts at $16.00 and requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and training the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff.
