Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader in Noblesville, IN. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, training crew, and ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences for guests. You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintain stock while driving sales and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and store procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stocking areas.
• Note: duties may expand as needed by Store Manager.
