Job summary

Five Below is a fast-growing retailer in Indianapolis seeking an hourly store leadership role. You will supervise crew, ensure excellent customer service, and help with stock, merchandising, and daily operations.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. You will contribute to a high-energy WOWplace environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service is outstanding.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick shelves replenishment.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
