Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew Members wow customers with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and emergencies.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Help drive sales through merchandising and customer service.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
