Job summary

Five Below in Lorain, OH is hiring a part-time Support Lead to help deliver WOW customer service and smooth daily operations. You will supervise crew, train associates, and support merchandise receiving while ensuring fast, friendly checkout and a positive team environment.

The role requires a High School graduate or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting. Starting wage is $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff.
