Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff performance and great service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily prep.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with the store leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
