Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing processes, cash security, and alarm setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
