Responsibilities

• Perform PO Confirmation to ensure correct costing, quantity, and delivery dates.
• Communicate discrepancies via manual and systematic processes.
• Enter item data into procurement systems.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and learn other areas of the department.
• Apply different data requirements per customer and contribute to process improvements.
