Zusammenfassung

ScanSource is seeking a Supply Chain Services Specialist II - POSB to manage service order processing, support sales initiatives, and build strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle a queue of requests, collaborate with Sales to expand services, and leverage supplier tools to boost service sales while ensuring timely, accurate processing and excellent customer service. This role requires reliable attendance and teamwork in Greenville, SC.

Qualifikationen

• Preferred: foreign language proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, French or German).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process support purchase orders to meet SLA and accuracy guidelines.
• Manage queue of incoming service requests and process efficiently.
• Work with Sales to attach and grow services opportunities.
• Advocate for ScanSource with the supplier and know supplier tools to drive service sales.
• Reduce the time to process orders and purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with supplier partners.
• Collaborate in a team environment toward common goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and responsiveness; attendance is essential.
