Job summary

Trane Technologies invites graduates to join its Accelerated Development Program in Supply Chain. The program features four mandatory rotations across Materials, APPM, Logistics, and Corporate Procurement, with an optional fifth rotation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Business with Supply Chain emphasis, GPA 3.0+
• Demonstrated leadership through clubs, sports, or projects
• One degree-related internship or six months of related work experience
• Willingness to relocate and travel, U.S. citizen or work authorization

Responsibilities

• Four six-month rotations across Materials, APPM, Logistics, Corporate Procurement.
• Participate in production planning, sourcing, and logistics activities.
• Relocate for rotations with relocation assistance when distance is ≥50 miles.
• Develop lean, planning, and procurement skills during rotations.
