Job summary

Trane Technologies offers an Accelerated Development Program in Supply Chain for new graduates. It provides four six‑month rotations across Materials, APPPM, Logistics and Corporate Procurement with relocation support for longer moves.

Participants gain hands‑on experience in lean production, planning, and supplier management while building leadership and cross‑functional skills within a manufacturing environment. This program is on‑site across select U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with GPA ≥3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership through school or work projects or roles.
• At least one internship or six months related work experience.
• Strong problem solving and ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete four mandatory six‑month rotations in Materials, APPM, Logistics and Corporate Procurement.
• Support production planning, sourcing, logistics, and supplier relationships during assignments.
• Develop capabilities in lean production, planning systems, and process improvement.
• Work across manufacturing plants in the United States to gain diverse experiences.
