Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its Accelerated Development Program in Supply Chain. Four rotations (six months each) in Materials, APPM, Logistics, and Corporate Procurement, with US plant placements and relocation support.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with SCM emphasis, or Supply Chain with GPA ≥3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership in school, sports, clubs, or projects.
• Internship or six months of related work experience.
• Willing to relocate and be geographically flexible.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in future).
• Proactive learner, strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Four six-month rotations: Materials, APPM, Logistics, Corporate Procurement.
• Rotations based in selected U.S. manufacturing plants; relocation assistance for moves ≥50 miles.
• Gain hands-on experience in lean production, planning, sourcing, analytics, and supplier management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and develop leadership skills.
