Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking graduates for its Accelerated Development Program in Engineering. You will engage in three rotations to build a solid engineering foundation across Modeling & Simulation, Value Engineering, product management, and testing.

Rotations include onsite requirements with potential hybrid work; relocation support is provided for moves over 50 miles. The program emphasizes leadership and cross-functional collaboration for future leaders.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics, or similar engineering degree.
• Degree must be completed prior to program start with GPA 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership: school club officer, sports team captain or similar.
• Internship or six months of related work experience required.
• Willing to relocate geographically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations: product line assignment, cross-functional experience, and project-based development.
• Rotations include onsite and hybrid work; relocation assistance provided for moves ≥50 miles.
• Develop foundation in Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Engineering, Product Management, Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development.
• Locations determined by business needs; onsite 5 days or hybrid 3 days.
