Job summary

Trane Technologies is launching an Accelerated Development Program in Supply Chain designed for recent graduates. You will rotate through four six-month assignments in Materials, APPM, Logistics and Corporate Procurement, with relocation support where needed.

Assignments are based at U.S. manufacturing sites, offering leadership training, lean production exposure, and opportunities to work with senior leaders across locations to build a strong foundation for a successful career with Trane

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain GPA >= 3.0.
• Leadership examples (club officer, captain, RA) or equivalent demonstrated leadership.
• One degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and geographic flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotations cover Materials, APPM, Logistics, Corporate Procurement.
• Four mandatory rotations (with optional fifth), each six months.
• Rotations based in selected U.S. manufacturing plants.
• Relocation assistance provided for long-distance moves (≥50 miles).
