Job summary

Trane Technologies invites graduates to join the Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) aimed at building future leaders in manufacturing and operations. Participants rotate across sites in the United States, gaining experience in lean production, planning, quality, and leadership roles.

ADP participants engage in challenging assignments, receive leadership training, and exposure to senior leaders, designed to accelerate personal and professional growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in any Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with an overall GPA at or above 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership: two examples such as school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc., or exceptional leadership of work projects.
• Work Experience: Internship or six months of related work experience.
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence (OpEx): Focus on continuous improvement, value stream mapping, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Materials: Focus on production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics.
• Quality: Focus on process capability, supplier quality, and data-driven root cause analysis to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Plant Leadership/ Supervision: Direct supervisor experience managing operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing floor.
