Trane Technologies offers a rotating Accelerated Development Program for recent graduates, delivering hands-on experience in operations, lean manufacturing, and planning across U.S. plants.

You’ll gain exposure to SIOP, quality engineering, and safety while building leadership capabilities. Participants rotate through assignments designed to accelerate personal and professional growth, with two relocations and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated through roles (e.g., school clubs, sports, or projects).
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to work effectively with others and coordinate efforts.

Responsibilities

• OpEx: focus on continuous improvement, value stream mapping, lean methods.
• Materials: production planning, inventory optimization, logistics.
• Quality: process capability, supplier quality, data-driven COPQ reduction.
• Plant Leadership/ Supervision: direct supervisor experience managing operations and safety on the floor.
